LIFE IS SO HARD SOMETIMES

FIRST I MUST APOLOGIZE FOR NOT BEING AROUND HERE MUCH.... DAYS ARE HARD TO FIND THE TIME FOR EVERYTHING ANYMORE....
MY HUBBY KEEPS ME SO BUSY HE IS JUST AND ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN READY TO DUCT TAPE HIM DOWN.. WITH HIS HEALTH PROBLEMS IS REALLY ENOUGH, BUT NOW HE BROKE HIS WRIST IN 3 PLACES 2 WEEKS AGO FRO A SIMPLE FALL... NOT 2 DAYS AGO HE HIT HIS LEG ON A CHAIR AND SPLIT IT WIDE OPEN 30 STITCHES... SO HIS WHOLE LEFT SIDE IS UNUSABLE ... TOLD WELL ALL YOU HAVE LEFT IS 1 ARM AND 1 LEG GONNA HAVE TO EITHER PUT YOU IN A BUBBLE OR DUCT TAPE YOU DOWN....
THEN I GET THAT DREADED CALL... A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL CAUSE HE WAS HAVING SUCH BAD HEADACHES AND BACK PAINS AND THROWING UP.... THEY DID CAT SCAN AND X RAYS ETC. HIS BODY IS RIDDLE WITH CANCER... HE HAS 2 TUMORS IN HIS BRAIN THAT ARE THE SIZE OF A BASEBALL AND 5 MORE THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS, HIS LUNGS HAVE SPOTS ALL OVER THEM AND IS WHOLE SPIN IS RIDDLE WITH IT... AND HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TIL THIS DAY.... HE IS 42 YRS OLD AND DOESN'T HAVE LONG TO LIVE, HE IS STAGE 4 .... MY HEART IS BROKEN.... HE IS A GOOD FRIEND BUT ALSO AN EX BOYFRIEND... ALL I EVER HERE IS PEOPLE FINDING OUT THEY HAVE CANCER IT IS SO BAD ANYMORE
THAT IS WHY IT IS SO SAD TO COME TO THIS SITE CAUSE IT REALLY HITS HOME A LOT ....
MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO EVERYONE WHO IS FIGHTING THIS TERRIBLE MONSTER AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY PRAYERS.....
PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR MY DEAR FRIEND GREG I HOPE HE CAN FIND A WAY TO LET GOD IN HIS HEART . GOD BLESS YOU ALL... HUGS, GLORIA

Oh Gloria....your life sounds so much like mine lately...seems like it's one thing after another,,,,,I find myself looking toward the sky and saying "God please give me a break" LOL....My husband went for a test on his Carotid Artery...well they found the left carotid artery 99,99% blocked (Past stroke level)....and he needed surgery...well before they could do the surgery he had to have a nuclear stress test..he failed...heart echo he failed come to find out he had several blockages they were only able to put a stent in one place...his heart was dead in the other part...he already had open heart surgery in1994...so they send home a ticking time bomb....God help us women that have sick hubby's. LOL
Before that my grandson gets hit by a truck, while crossing the street, (Praise the Lord he survived) a friend of mine has cancer and is dieing also stage 4, my daughter has lung disease and an infection in her breast, my son has severe allergies and is having trouble breathing...like that isn't enough, I have diabetes that is out of control, I have diabetic kidney disease and I am in kidney failure...(No dialysis yet)..I am a 5 year Breast Cancer survivor and a 46 year Cervical cancer survivor...BUT you know what? I look around and there are people who are in much worse condition and much worse situation than me LOL...so I simply turn it all over to the Lord and say "Handle it" ... I told you all this to let you know...you are not alone in your journey through life.
I know how difficult it is to come to this site...I left a while back because I just couldn't handle all the sickness and problems ..it was like re-inforcing my own conditions and I found myself fighting my own battles and everyone elses...I hate that so many people have to suffer...some on this site have passed ...people that I was friends with and that took a major toll..
.BUT.......I am back, there are just so many wonderful people here and many just need a friend..someone to talk to or maybe someone who will share their own troubles...to help me get my mind off my own problems....Girl you are a light in this sometimes dark world!!!
I know things seem to be a bit much at times..But GOD HAS EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL...
Many are praying for Greg...what ever God's plans are for him....we know he has been lifted up in prayer!
I hope you will keep in touch...I also run a Prayer Request group on line and I am adding Greg to that list..here is my email address if you want to send me requests or be a part of our prayer warriors..or if you just want to talk.

We understand. Life keeps us all very busy.. I know at times i am not sure what way is up.

Thank you for taking time to share with us.. We will be praying for Greg.

Gloria. this is not a sad sight.. Look around. we have so much to do... This is not just a cancer sight it is a cancer info sight.. so many of our members have WON. they beat the cancer they have had.. it is not sad to see or hear that it is exciting.

One of my favorite things about this sight is the love we all share. and the face that we have seen it time and time again. Doctors don't always know what they are doing. I am living proof .. Most of the people on this sight love life and are happy they are hear and love that prayers works.. Take some time to visit some.. Go talk to GrannyJannet.. I was just reading what Barbie wrote.. She is great.. Not sure about that duct tape thing LOL
