I have Cancer, A friend .

What type of cancer are you dealing with?

Colon cancer, and skin cancer. I have had both cancers and currently finishing up treatment for colon cancer and praising the Lord I have beaten this disease again.

Just Saying Hello ... Missed Everyone !!!

Sorry I haven't been on the site in a few months ... work and real life have kept me very busy ... not enough hours in the day. To update everyone so far my colon cancer is still in remission, PTL, and health issues are improving. I participated in the Maui Walk for Life on June 20, 2009 and it was so great to be able to walk with the survivor group, as well as our family team, that was special. January 2009 Update

I am sorry it has taken me so long to come back on the website the Holidays were very rough for me and I was very sick ... I had still been going through my daily chemo sessions and caught a viral infection on top of that ... so I rang in Christmas and the New Year in bed for the most part ... December Update

Well as I type this it is currently raining in "sunny" Hawaii ... I am still on chemo and have two more days with this round before I get a week off (hoping they stretch that a few more days past Christmas) ... Just A Quick Update

Aloha ... November 10, 2008 I found out I had Stage 1/Stage 2 Colon Cancer ... I underwent surgery and now on chemo ... I have two more rounds to go and then we will see if the next colonoscopy results come back clean have my follow up procedures on Dec 9th. I am very positive and feel the prognosis is great ... I have survived this disease before with skin and thyroid cancer and I will beat this as well ... I am sorry I have been away for a time but personal things took priority ... I hope ever… Continue
