I am doing a cancer walk this Sept. , I am walking 35 miles over two days to raise awareness and money for Breast Cancer research.. My Mom was diagnosed 4 years ago with Breast cancer and is a survivor. The radiation has taken a toll on her though, by affecting her heart and she can no longer take the radiation treatment.

And David, my prayers will always be with you and yours! It is a shame that times like these "diseases" is what helps to bring people together! So in way, they can be a blessing! If only there was'nt so much pain involved with them! I hope you understand what I am trying desperately to say! Or did I just stick my foot in my mouth???

I have to try and take one day at a time, if I did'nt, I would go stark-raving crazy...A little humor is what helps to get me through the harder days! So if you don't mind that, I will be around hun! So glad to have met you here! And I will be praying for your walk come September!
